Fully Automatic Samosa, Gujiya & Dumplings maker machine

The Linear machine is a fully automatic machine for making Gujiya, Samosa and any other dumplings. It is an automatic dough sheeting, filling and forming machine. The Linear machine is accommodated with 20 to 25 molds based on dumpling size. This machine can have various types of molds according to the customer’s product requirement. It has high production capacity ranging from 1500 pcs/hour to 2400 pcs/hr. Linear machine equipped with innovative technology, automation, sensors and mechanism to enhance the production capacity & quality of dumpling in food processing industries.

Linear machine provides high food production per hour, which helps the food producers to achieve sufficient food production and to reduce labor costs and food processing timings. In addition customers can get uniform base food production so that they can manage per package/plate weight and costing calculations.

Operating this machine is so easy, only two operators are required to operate the machine. Machine operations are fully automatic, and an operator just needs to feed kneaded dough and another operator would be able to collect the final food product from the machine.
Linear machine has special dosing technology to dose any kind of stuffing into the dumplings because it has different types of doser units. It has specially designed multiple types of doser units for dry, wet and semi wet stuffings types. It includes a roti presence sensor also, if roti is present on a mold then dosing would happen. Doser unit allows the customers to dose their food stuff according to their requirements in grams. Machine’s doser unit includes a large size hopper for long continuous flow of food production.

Linear machine is fully automated and it has multiple mechanisms, on which it is working. After putting kneaded dough into the machine then the dough flattening mechanism would work to turn dough into a dough sheet then automatically the dough sheet would be placed on moving molds. After this another mechanism is set to create the place for stuffing by pressing on an already placed dough sheet on molds. One another mechanism is wastage collecting conveyor belt to collect the wastage and to re-use that wastage. Water sprinkling spray is also there for batter sealing of food products, but if a customer's food item doesn't require that, then it can be by pass.

This machine involves multiple types of customizations according to customers' food processing requirements. Customers can have different types of molds into this machine if they want some various shapes and sized molds. Customers can customize roti thickness, stuffing grams and operating speed of the machine.
