Automatic Samosa/Gujiya/Dumplings making machine

What is EMP 2D ?
EMP 2D is a rotary automatic assembly machine for Gujiya, Samosa and other dumplings making and it has two sets of molds. Mold changing facility is available in this rotary machine. Different types of molds can be fixed into this machine. It is a multipurpose two molds filling and forming machine. Food producers can have properly finished food products with hygiene through EMP 2D. The production capacity of the machine is up to 350 pieces per hour.

EMP 2D has safety sensors for machine operators and it has roti presence checking sensors to check if roti is placed on a mold or not, If roti is not placed then dosing would not be done.
It has the latest innovative technologies for machine operations and different types of mechanisms. Machine works on a rotary and pulling mechanism that rotates & pulls the mold inside the machine for forming of the food product.
EMP 2D has two sets of encontrols designed with specialized molds which are hard anodized and made up of food grade aluminum. EMP 2D can have multiple shaped and sized molds into the same machine, that is mold changing facility is available.
EMP 2D has a 15 liter filling hopper which reduces refilling time and improves human efficiency. EMP 2D uses the vacuum dosing technology which helps to maintain the original texture of stuffing throughout the operations. It is a customized dosing technology which allows customers to adjust the stuffing grams from 5 to 60 as per their need. Through this dosing system customers can dosage the wet, semi-wet and powder based stuffings.
Only two operators are required to operate the machine, one is for placing the roti and the other one is required to collect the ready product. Other operations would be performed automatically in seconds. To prevent the operational accidents, the machine is equipped with sensors and safety guards.
The entire structure and body of the machine is made from food grade ss, aluminum and plastic. The molds which are placed into the machine are also made from food grade metal.
The EMP 2D machine’s assembly is easily removable individually for cleaning (washing).
